This place has an insanely awesome location, with jaw-dropping views of the golf course and dunes from the super spacious veranda. Free parking right outside the front door was mind-blowingly convenient. The house layout was perfect for us four, and the kitchen had every kitchen utensil you could ever imagine - so cool! Beds and pillows were super comfy, and the large veranda was the perfect spot to wind down after a busy day exploring. Plus, the cycling and beach access were a major bonus. The fact that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on site was a huge relief. And of course, the wi-fi was on point. Totally recommend this place!

The best aspects of our Easter stay were the great location and the spaciousness of the house. We enjoyed the beautiful veranda that overlooked the golf course and dunes, providing a lovely spot to relax after a busy day. there was plenty of parking available right outside the front door.

The worst aspects of our stay were the worn and stained carpet upstairs, which definitely needed replacing, and the semi-blocked bathroom wastes, likely filled with sand from the beach. It was also disappointing to find broken or missing light bulbs and fittings, with no spares to replace them.

We had an amazing stay at Ty'R Heulwen Villa. the kitchen was fully equipped with every possible utensil we could need. the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the large veranda provided a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. the location was great and there was plenty of space for the four of us. the layout of the house was well-designed, and we especially loved the view from the veranda, overlooking the golf course and dunes. Parking was convenient, right outside the front door. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 👌.

While there were a couple of minor issues, such as a carpet by the sliding window posing a potential trip hazard and figuring out how the cooker worked, these did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of our stay. Additionally, the 9.30 am check-out time felt a bit early, but I understand that it's common practice.

Finally managed to figure out how to use the cooker after hours of confusion. Lovely assortment of kitchen utensils, perfect for those who love to be overwhelmed. Spacious veranda, perfect for sipping wine and watching the golfers desperately try not to land in the sandpit.

Oh, how I enjoyed tripping over the carpet by the sliding window. Such an invigorating experience!

stayed in aberdyfi before, but ty'r heulwen blew me away. the kitchen had every utensil imaginable and the beds were comfy. loved winding down on the large veranda after a busy day cycling.
